Baltic Environment has implemented the project “BIOFILTER WITH INTEGRATED INTELLIGENT PROCESS MANAGEMENT AND POLLUTION MONITORING SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT” (project Nr. J05-LVPA-K-02-0019). The aim of the project is to create a new generation of segmental biofilter with an integrated intelligent process management and pollutant monitoring system using scientific and experimental research data that not only improves the performance of biofilter but will also ensure proper environmental monitoring and protection, optimize process management and information transfer. Project value – EUR 144 401.75, of which 93 819.39 EU funding. UAB Baltic Environment has implemented an innovative e-commerce model – a remote environmental training platform https://aplinkosaugosmokymai.lt/ (project Nr.13.1.1-LVPA-K-860-01-0200) . On this platform, manufacturing companies and persons can buy remote training-courses on the most relevant environmental topics – environmental impact assessment, procedures for obtaining pollution permits, noise and air pollution dispersion modeling, running the GPAIS waste accounting system and others. It is planned that after the implementation of the environmental training platform, the knowledge of interested persons in the field of environmental protection will be deepened, the economy will be stimulated, and companies will fulfill their environmental obligations more appropriately and qualitatively.

The value of the project is EUR 41,320.00 excluding VAT, of which EUR 30,990.00 excluding VAT are EU structural support funds. According to the submitted Project application, the part of the financial contribution of UAB “Baltic Environment” to the implementation of the project is EUR 10,330.00 excluding VAT.
